Why do I need an account?
With an account you can see, check and cancel your bookings yourself, and we can reach you if anything changes. You confirm your e-mail address once.
Can I cancel?
Yes - online in "My bookings" until 24 hours before the start. After that, please contact us.
Can we have the boat to ourselves?
When nobody has booked a time yet, you can book it privately: the whole trip is then yours, however many you are.
Can we be picked up?
Ask about it: write your hotel or address in the note when you book and we will contact you.
How do I pay?
Nothing is paid online. You will hear from us how and when to pay.
